ECCE’s mission is to provide programs within the Ellwood City Area community that will enhance the quality of life for the local community and attract visitors to our region. Our goal is to collaborate with local and county organizations and businesses to create programs that are educational and cultural in nature. ECCE is unique in that every program we work on is a collaborative effort among key organizations (such as the library, two school districts, two county Conservation Districts, local municipalities, and many others,) community volunteers and the business community. In our cooperation with other organizations we are careful not to duplicate existing services or programs, and we look for ways that our programs will enhance participation in other, existing regional programs.
