Ellwood City Farmers’ Market

The Ellwood City Farmer’s Market will officially open Saturday, June 6, 2026 and close Saturday, October 3, 2026. The market will be held in the Beaver Avenue Parking lot in Ellwood City from 8am-12pm. Set up time will be between 7-8am. No vendor will be permitted to setup after 8am.

Interested in becoming a vendor? Please complete the application below. The Farmer’s Market Committee will review all submissions and notify applicants of their admission status.

Applications and vendor fees are due by May 1, 2026. Vendors who apply by this deadline will be notified of their status by May 15. Applications submitted after May 1 will still be considered based on space availability and the types of products being sold.

Market setup fee is $30 for 10 or more weeks; $15 for 9 weeks or less; and is non-refundable. We hold market rain or shine.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a space, as vendor spots at the market are limited.

All vendors will comply with all local, state and federal regulations concerning health code provisions and licensing.Food and Plant Vendors must have a copy of their inspection certificates readily available
