Wampum Underground is a 2.5 million square foot subsurface commerce facility. The steady climate is a natural 55 degrees year but our buildings are climate controlled at a perfect 62 degrees, 50% RH. We are close proximity to an excellent network of highways and offer state-of-the-art security system which incorporates an array of security cameras which cover all roadways and entrances.

Our facility accommodates storage for all types of materials, warehouse storage for perishable foods and dairy products (USDA certified facility), industrial supplies and materials consumer goods, classified documents, paper records, media and data, and vault secured materials. We also offer seasonal, recreational vehicle storage and developed buildings which are able to house light manufacturing facilities and other types of operations.
